Key Check-Out Program

Through our Key Check-out Program, we offer convenient access for prospective residents to view our properties. This program allows prospective residents and alternative to view properties on their schedule if an agent is not available and has allowed us to maximize the showings of our properties.

We have a considerable relationship with area corporate relocation agents and human resources departments. Our relationships have proven to be an asset in the leasing of our client’s properties.

It used to be that our signs were the most important marketing tool that we used. This has changed now to on-line advertising. Hardly anyone gets in their car anymore and travels around to find their new rental home. While we still use the traditional signs, our web presence is by far the most important aspect of marketing.
