Our mission is to build strong relationships with our clients and customers and offer personalized service that is reflective of the type of service the owner of the company would enjoy. We are utilizing technology to assist with effective systems such as paperless tenant approval process, online payments for our residents and automated availability on this website. Jay Hartley, COO & Co-Owner

Jay is a seasoned investor and has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent specializing in rental investments for nearly two decades. He is an active and contributing member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has served as the Fort Worth/Mid Cities Chapter’s President, Treasurer and Secretary in recent years. He is a sought-after speaker for multiple Realtors boards & advisory panels, investment training seminars and several nationally syndicated radio programs focused on single-family real estate investments. Jay brings a servant leadership approach to Frontline and will be overseeing the day-to-day operations for Frontline’s valuable customers and clients. His vision for growth will build upon the well-established Frontline foundation of customer satisfaction, sound investments, and our client’s ROI.

Steve Fithian, President Broker & Owner

Steve Fithian formed Visions Realty and Investment in California in 1988, while still holding the position as Controller for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Operation for California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Texas. Steve Fithian began dabbling in real estate in 1979, realizing that wealth-building through ownership and managing a portfolio of income-producing properties was tons of fun and financially rewarding, Fithian “flew the coop” from the corporate world and began concentrating on brokerage full-time. When the Fithian family moved from California to Texas in 1990, his brokerage business moved with them. Now operating as Visions Realty and Investments, Inc, the brokerage company “gave birth” to the very important sister company, Frontline Property Management, Inc. Together, these companies work in conjunction with one another to offer a unique “turn-key” service to any level of investor across many different product lines. Steve and his family love to travel. While on vacation, Steve fulfills his love for an adventure through scuba diving, skiing, and hiking. He also has a need for speed! He loves racing go-carts and is an avid runner. He completed his first marathon in Fort Worth in 2010; followed up by running 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 events as well.

Rickey Wilson, CFO CPA & Co-Owner

Rick Wilson is the CPA for Frontline, joining our team in 2014. Wilson is in charge of annual budgeting, year-end reporting, financial review, payroll, and human resources for not only Frontline Property Management but also its two sister companies, Sperry Van Ness / Visions Commercial, and Visions Realty & Investments. In addition, he works with the management team on business strategy and financial planning. Prior to his position at Frontline Property Management, Wilson was the finance director for Ask Industries, where he provided accounting, cash management and financial reporting for the company. Before that, he worked as the chief financial officer at Motheral Printing Company. Wilson has been in public accounting for over 30 years, starting his career at Weaver, LLP. In addition to his position at Sperry Van Ness / Visions Commercial, he has his own CPA practice. A graduate from the University of Tennessee, Wilson has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Rickey’s business savvy and financial expertise make him a valued addition to our team, and we are thrilled to have him on board. You will often find Rick at the nearest Ranger’s game as baseball is one of his loves. Other “loves” in his life are his beautiful wife Lisa, two children and three sweet grandchildren.

Kelly has been property management since 1998. She started her career in multi-family, low-income housing and worked at a senior citizen and handicap enabled property in the apartment industry. She has been a residential property manager with Frontline Property Management since 2007. Kelly feels that her real estate license has been a real asset in that she can now assist her owners with full services of leasing and sales. Kelly’s favorite part of management is the ability to give a family a home. She enjoys her line of work and finds it extremely gratifying. Kelly enjoys spending time with her two boys. She enjoys traveling and seeing new places. Road trips are her favorite thing to do. Kelly’s goals as a property manager are to retain good tenants and attain profitability for her owners.

Robin Alexander began her career with Frontline as our receptionist in 2004. It was not long before we noticed Robin’s talents and promoted her to our Tenant Coordination Team. Robin diligently worked to get her degree in education while working full time with Frontline. Robin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Once she received her degree we thought surely we would lose her, but NO, she decided to get her real estate license and join us in yet another position as she was bitten by the real estate bug and wanted to further her career in the industry. She has been a full-time property manager since 2013 and the invaluable experience she gained while on the Tenant Coordination Team for 9 years aided in launching her success as a Realtor and Portfolio Manager. Robin has a very vast understanding of the inter-workings of our unique profession and she uses these skills daily. Robin has extensive experience in rehabbing and renovating distressed properties, transforming them into rental properties that are competitive in the market while obtaining top of the market rents. In her free time, Robin spends time with her two beautiful children and her husband. They love to travel and so enjoy their yearly summer trip to Florida beaches with turquoise water and white sand.

Amanda – better known as Mandy – McClure has been with Frontline Property Management since 2017. From starting at the front desk as Receptionist / Accounts Receivable, Mandy’s talents are now utilized in Accounts Payable. Four years as a Manager in the Customer Service industry have equipped Mandy with an acute attention to detail that helps keep the company on track and organized! Her wonderfully talented and gifted daughter is the light of her life and there’s nothing she loves more than spending time with her family, whether it’s quiet mornings on the lake fishing with her husband or throwing a Frisbee with her dog.

Tyler Steele is the Senior Accountant for Frontline Property Management and began his journey with the company in 2017. After attending Harding University from 2012 to 2015, Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Regent University in 2017. Tyler has worked for the Coca-Cola Company as well as the Walt Disney Company and earned the coveted rank of Eagle Scout in 2012 through the Boy Scouts program. He and his wife have welcomed a son into the world, and Tyler enjoys being in nature and traveling with his family.

Lindsay Stringer began her career with Frontline Property Management in 2018 as a receptionist with an educational background in environmental sciences. She quickly advanced and by 2019 was promoted to Tenant Coordinator. Her interpersonal and managerial skills were honed by her three years of working as a Deli Assistant Manager and her employment as a bartender before that. When she’s not hard at work in the office, Lindsay can be found attending drag races and getting her hands on anything car related!

LaBrett Homuth wears many hats: as our Regional Director of Multifamily Housing, Safety Director and of course Property Manager, LaBrett is hard at work as an important part of the Frontline Property family. Her energy and enthusiasm has been shared with Frontline since 2005 after entering the property management industry in 2003. Prior to working with tenants, LaBrett worked with children – as a teaching assistant from 2001-2004, and as the owner of a day care from 1992-2001. Her patience, empathy and organization are well-suited for the variety of duties she undertakes as a foundational part of the Frontline team. She loves her Jeep and attending Jeep events, and practices mindful fitness through running and yoga. None of this compares to the time she gets to spend with her family, though!

Josie Nerio has been a dynamic asset to the Frontline Property Management family since 2015. As an Assistant Property Manager, she employs an expansive knowledge base that she’s been building since she first entered the real estate field in 2003. Working for various loan companies from 1974 until 2003 has contributed to her solutions-driven attitude – and we are all too happy that she’s brought that same mindset to work with us! Josie’s idea of a perfect day might include movies, dogs, digging around in the garden, and spending lots of time with her family.

Sasha Kehoe joined the Frontline team in 2019 as a receptionist. Her customer service skills have been tailored for excellence by five years in retail management and three years in the food service industry. Her studies in cultural anthropology reflect that her interest, as well as her professional strong suit, is in people. In her spare time, Sasha is constantly scribbling away at books as an indie author. She looks forward to building a long career with Frontline Property Management!

Amanda Downer, Tenant Coordinator extraordinaire, entered the real estate field in 2017 with Frontline Property Management. As a former Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator in the oil and gas industry and a boutique investment bank, Amanda has a sharp eye for style, numbers, and details – which will come in handy as she completes her real estate license! Her creative outlets include painting and coloring, she loves spending time with her kids, and she considers herself a nap enthusiast.

Lily Jackson started her real estate career working with Multifamily units as her very first job in 2011. Since 2017, she’s joined up with the Frontline family as a Property Management Assistant. Her years of experience paired with her personal warmth and enthusiasm make her an integral part of our Property Management team! Outside of the office, Lily enjoys singing and playing a variety of instruments, but if she’s not making music you can find her at the gym, training to box.

Janette Hampton has been with Frontline Property Management, Inc. since 2017. She acquired a Real Estate License in 1997, and used it strictly for managing properties around Fort Worth.  After leaving real estate to open her own National Franchises, she was wooed back to Property Management where she has managed and overseen the growth of large Multi-family properties, built a new Senior Tax Credit Properties while managing a Sister property across town, worked with buyouts and takeovers, rehabs and works with the development of a new phase of a Developers subdivision.  Janette manages two HomeOwner Associations, as well as being the Portfolio Manager, and Assistant Project Manager on the building of new homes in a subdivision.  She thrives on learning new areas within the Property Management field.  She is currently working on her CMCA designation in Community Association Management.  She is a member of the National Association of Residential Managers, a member of the Community Associate Institute National and Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors. Janette also is a Texas State Notary and hold a designation as a Notary Signing Agent, where she is able to facilitate the closing documents at a Mortgage signing.

Janette has two Adult children, 3 Grandchildren, with two teens at home who keep her busy traveling to Club Volleyball Tournaments, enjoys listening to her youngest sing with her Music Academy, and enjoys going to Karaoke venues around town to sing with her Daughters.  She is also awaiting the arrival of Grandbaby #4 due in August 2020.   Janette took Business Management while going to college in California and Nebraska, and worked on a Minor in Music.

Sheryl Machen, Property Manager/ Realtor®

During her more than thirty years in the Real Estate industry, Sheryl has proven herself to be not only an excellent agent and manager, but also a leader and teacher both in and out of the office! From 1992 to 2002, (all while she raised her children!) Sheryl owned and operated a leasing/training shopper service that provided coaching to leasing agents. The customer service skills she taught then bolster her workflow now – and Sheryl never idles! She also used this time to obtain her Real Estate License as she attended San Antonio College to study Small Business and Real Estate.

San Antonio is where she would go on to work for twelve years as an exclusive buyer’s rep before transitioning to managing an HOA portfolio of 9 communities from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, from 2013 to 2016, Sheryl served on the NARPM Board of Directors. In 2015 Sheryl brought her experience and skills to the Frontline Family. Her designations include TRLS and a Certification for land sales for Veterans Land Board, VLB.

Sheryl’s hobbies include canvas painting and singing. She exercises her coaching skills by being a strong youth advocate. She was a Youth Pastor for 6 years during her real estate career, directing and caring for 35 Junior High and Senior High kids. She continues to spread personal strength, warmth, and light by volunteering for youth functions.
