All of our clients have real time access to their accounts through our Owner Web Portal. Once you are sent your log-in, just click on the owner login and view away. Our clients and their accountants find this very helpful when it comes to tax preparation, or other accounting needs.

When we receive payments, the check is immediately deposited into our insured Trust Account via an automated check scanner.

We provide detailed monthly statements with year to date summary for each one of our properties to help our clients stay informed and assist in tax preparation. View Sample link to example owner statement and rent roll analysis).

We offer approximately 50 additional reports available via email to suit your needs. Please notify your property manager if there is an additional report that you would like to add to your report group.

All of our employees are covered by general liability (including employee dishonesty coverage), errors and omissions, and workman’s compensation insurance policy. To obtain a copy of our certificate of insurance contact our office.

We have the ability to direct deposit our client’s monthly equity distributions. We close our books on the 22nd of each month. When the 22nd falls on a weekend, we will close earlier. We will then deposit your funds into your account no later than the 24th of the month. Depending on how your bank communicates with our bank, the funds should be available within 24 to 36 hours thereafter. For instances when you need your funds quicker, we can do a same day wire (requested not later than 11:00 am), please note our bank charges $10.00 for this service and we do pass this on to you.
